Transport issues.

In just two short weeks, My daughter is leaving us to spend a year in New Zealand. To help fund the trip, she has sold her trusty little Fiesta. Since she still needs transport, she has taken temporary ownership of the wife's Meriva. Since Mrs MWS still needs "wheels", she has commandeered the Surf. All well and good, but when I came to it last weekend, I found that it had flat batteries. She steadfastly refused to admit that she had left it parked up all day with the lights on, and after some " debate", I suggested that she resort to her traditional means of transport. (see pic)......I'd forgotten how lumpy the mattress in the spare bedroom was..... .

Ah, but was it worthwhile? Did you get your Surf back ? Or did you sleep in the spare room for zero gain ?
