    If you have an oblong plastic sticker written in Japanese on the inside of your driver's door and wonder what it says, here's the answer, courtesy of a Japanese friend...

    ====

    Warning!

    1. Please read the accompanying 'Instruction Manual' before driving this car for the first time.

    2. If the ‘Overheat’ light comes on, then please:
    a. slow your vehicle and stop driving immediately and
    b. seek help (e.g. from a motor repair garage)
    Do not try to restart the car while the light is on.

    3. Don't park beside dried grass or inflammable items. Check nothing inflammable is either in front of or to the rear of the car when you start.

    Please undertake a thorough check of key points as listed in the manual before driving.
