modification issues

Hi I was wondering do any of the irish surf owners know are there any issues with bringing a surf in for a doe after a body lift and a suspension lift
Im also looking for the piece of a standard a frame bullbar , the plastic bit that has Toyota written on it

don't know what is called, but normally that is the piece that goes first, some here had replace with an angled piece of aluminium.
