really pleased with my new truck
who said they were slow
wow what a driving experiance i feel like king off the road lol
just got to get use to all the knobs and buttons
no problems at the moment but im sure i will keep you posted
oh just 1 thing some times it will not let me press the button on the gear shift to select drive and i have to move the hi lo stick from hi to lo then back to hi before it releases the button does this sound normal

Nice motor. Just remember, do not use 4WD on tarmac. It's for offroad / snow / ice only, as 1st & 2nd gen Surf's do not have a central diff. Only 3rd gen (1996 on) has this.

If you use it on tarmac you'll get transmission wind up and can seriously damage your gearbox etc.

The gear shift has a lock that won't let you move from Park to D or R unless your foot is on the brake. I think it is a solenoid wired to the brake light feed.
