  • new addition to the fleet

    i got offered the chance to buy this cheap last week,so snapped his hand off,a bit of a revamp and it should look ok,i ,ve 7 matching alloys so if i could get a 6 stud axle on there i would be

    any ideas on what to renew the ply wood with would be good

        Marine ply-not cheap but has a finish that doesn't need painting and will last.

          It's only a baby!
          If you plan to keep it, some hardwood - real wood will last longer than the frame...
          Ply will always get water ingress at the edge, unless you protect VERY well with a capping.

          Or this stuff..

            That's an option or maybe aluminium checker plate if I can get hold of some off cuts

              What about twin wall polycarbonate? It's light, cheap and pretty hard to damage. There may even be benefits of being see-through that I can't think of.
