    Locking nuts......

two types as i understand it, loosen one wheel nut and see if there is a washer behind it - this indicates Original Toyota wheel. that identifes the type. ie with washer....

hope that helps. Roughtrax supply - (a link on here some wheres)

Newbie myself, and watchin the temp guage still. Oh and the fuel gauge 27ish mpg so far. (LIGHT FOOT) - Got to get use to the NEW vehicle and its ways -

How much did you pay? i think i payed TOO much (£5500) but then i did fall for it.......

Hi guys,Hope you enjoy your trucks.
As stated in this forum there are problems with some heads
      approx.20% so they say.
In my oppinion it seem to be a combination of age, lack of
maintainance in japan and sat around at docks ect.that seem
to cause over heating probs where as the weak point is the
      head.
I've had my truck 3 years now,it had a new rad when I got it
as it had a leak on the top (very common)I think this has
saved me many problems.I am on my 3rd thermostat, these seem
not to last and if they go without you noticing it then
it will over heat and next thing you get is another post
      hear about heads gone.
To help with your "nuts" as Warrior said take one off and
take it with you. Try Halfords thats where I got mine
to replace the ones that rusted. Enjoy Chris

            hi warrior
i payed 4800 it came with a full service new cam belt and 6 months warranty but i had a cat 1 alarm fitted extra so it pushed it up to nearly 5000 but like you i fell in love with it so it had to be
it had nice alloys on it but there was a limited 1 next to it with even bigger wheels on it so i asked if he would swop them and he did
so i think i have done not too bad
