power steering hose

I have small leak coming from rubber hose leading from bottom of p.steering reservoir, before I ring round and attempt to source a replacement, if im correct this is not under pressure, and if so could I use a fuel line? No doubt the correct hose will be from Toyota and cost thousands!!!!!!

Yes fuel hose will be OK to use.
That hose just feeds the steering pump, so it's not under any pressure.


p.s. Would be nice to know which model Surf you're referring to though.
