I blagged a set of spacers from Glynn.
The short nuts are to bolt the spacers to the hub, I think a clean up with the wire brush and the original wheel nuts will be ok to bolt the wheel to the spacer.
So I think that top nut is what I am after but open not domed, not that I am fussy or anything
