toyota surf specialist in kent or SE london

can anyone recommend a trusted mechanic to fix my surf in N Kent or SE London. I think some fairly major re build work to the engine.

engine is noisy, low power, leaks oil and tapping noises.

suggestions much appreciated.

, also has anyone imported a new engine from toyota?

its a 2.4 litre, 2LTE

turbo diesel

seems that the EGR makes rattle sound. engine very noisy at 70mph, smokes on start up, a lot when accelerator peddle is pressed. sounds noisy and low power to me. oh and its dropping a lot of oil on my drive.

I dont know a lot about cars/engines, so would appreciate advice, where to take it.
