I suspect that is the work of the Perry family from Radstock. I used to race against them in the SW Hillclimb championship. 2 brothers with various other relatives, all with highly modified Anglia saloons and estates. All very well built and extremely competitive. If it is one of theirs, it will handle like a Lotus!
