As per the link Vince has posted things went well and I am home again.
Spending my time between resting and doing the exercises they have given me and only nipping in here now and again when the missus ain't looking
she keeps worrying that I will start working to soon.
Currently still drugged up to the eyeballs, but am managing to get round under my own steam and without the damn sticks.
