Update:
So, I followed KERRSURF's way and wrecked it! But by doing so I realised how it clipped in place.
SO IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT INTACT, FOLLOW THIS EASY GUIDE!

Ok, so I got time to tackle the wiring harness (around the door hinge) in my mission to chase down the "key won't open window, just close it" issue.
Again...mine's different from others I've seen. It has this plastic shroud (looks like a character from Robots) that had very rusted screws in. I removed these and happily expected to easily open it up.
But no. It's stuck fast. And the expected tab grip doesn't do anything.
So, once again I come with a connector technique question:
How the hell do I remove this without breaking it?
Can't slide it, prising it cracks it, swearing at it just makes it sad.
