tailgate skin

every time i drop the tailgate window then close the window the weather seal lifts with the glass. the retaining clips have corroded off. the panel is in a fair condition from the outside (4-runner with oblong no plate)
is there a replacement panel for the tailgate?
only need the top half

I've just repaired my inner weather strip a few days ago, I cleaned all the contact points up and tiger sealed it in place , its solid as a rock now.
