Get well soon bud. I had it a couple of years ago. went to bed feeling fine but woke up at 3 am projectile vomitting and shatting like a prune farmer.
lucikily it passes relatively quickly but does feel like hell..."B.A." Baracus: "Talk to me, talk sense so I can talk back. Not all this jibberjabber like breaking the peace and all that."

Well this might cheer you up a bit, Vince. I'm not ill, just a bit damaged. This evening, I was off out to do a lesson. I managed to trip, fall forward, head first into the back gate, then fall heavily onto my right knee, twist my ankle, gash my thumb open and bend back my fingers and thumb so theres virtually no feeling in them.
