    The company that I work for has been sold.
    We have been told by lower management that it is business as usual and no change.

    I was under the impression that the outcome would be entirely decided by the new owners.

    Would we be covered by TUPE regs?
    Eat.Sleep.Surf.Repeat.

    Yes.
    You retain your employment rights, conditions, pay and length of service.
    So, yes, business as usual.
    They might want to try and get you to sign a "new" contract though...

    Read the small print.
