lexus rear disc brakes

do anyone had done a conversion of the rear disc of a Lexus on to a surf?,
ok they are ready for 16 inch heels but many of us had changed them for already.
any ideas?

Not considered because it because my brakes have always been good.
I'll have measure when the next Lexus comes here.

If Vince doesn't beat me too it I'll look at mine when I pull it apart...

For 3rd genners after rear disks, a Landcruiser rear axle is the obvious choice... It's a shame Tundra fronts aren't easy to come by here!

from a lexus to fit them on a 2nd gen, which ones would you think will be good?
the fronts or the rear brakes? to be converted to.
