I had a prob with my Trans jumping in and out of overdrive, then progressed to not selecting top or overdrive at all.
I tried another ECU and still no good, sent to trans shop and they found a Faulty sensor in transfer case on drivers side. This sensor tells ECU when in 4L and not selects top or OD. As they not cheap and difficult to get at the easy fix is to just Disconnect.
So I purchased a ECu for no reason, but oh well. I have a spare 3D260 ECU now.
