  • Worlds Most Dangerous Roads

Just been watching this on "catch up" , Phil Jupitus and that other alledged comedian, whatever his name is,driving the "death road" in Bolivia. The vehicle looked like a Land Cruiser but had a Lexus badge on it.
Is it me or does this programme only allow big girls blouses on it.Last week it was whatsis name,Agnus Dayton in a clean white shirt,I have not seen so much fainting going on since my great aunt Lucy saw an uncovered table leg one day .
We need real men on that programme,Dale Winton and Graham Norton to name but two would be ideal contestants,I bet they wouldnt flap,I could just imagine Dale pushing a shopping trolley along that road.

Then on the other side"Outback Truckers"one digger seemed to travel around 7000 kilometre's across Australia through knee deep mud for most of the time and hardly batted an eyelid, and he was 60 years old.

I need to watch it again as I fell asleep but I do remember thinking at the time is that a Landcruiser?
I also kept thinking that the road was very quiet with regards to traffic and did the Top Gear guys hit the rush hour a few years back.

Lexus is part of Toyota Group, it's just a 80 series LandCruiser, marketed as a Lexus LX 450 in some parts of the world.

It's a good fun program, seeing people who have never driven anything more offroad than a field suddenly made to do stuff like that, quite a shock to their systems I'd guess.

Similar to when I (and probably most of you lads) take a mate who has never been offroad with me 4wding on an obstacle I wouldnt think twice about and seeing their faces (and the screaming from one poor bugger in particular)

Must put a camera facing passenger seat to catch their reactions, some of them are so priceless I could make my own version of this show
Its a new truck, Because every parts been replaced

          .
Wot he said. Youll see them in the Middle East. The oil rich Sheikhs like the lexus badge and Toyota are happy to oblige. Quite commonly the lexus badge is gold coloured.
