I purchased my surf from a dealer 3 weeks ago and the head has gone and he is trying to do his best to do nothing when I bought the vehicle and went to tax it I found out that I didn't have a valid mot so I took it back for a mot and he put one on then I found some oil leeks so they had it fore another fore days to do the oil leeks and filed it with antifreeze not coolant now the head is gone and he is no help at all does any body know where I stand legally as I am gutted

Best thing to do m8 is to take it back.Demand your money back as the vehicle is not fit for its use (as dicribed in the comstomer statatory right of the comsumer protection bill). at the same time report him to the trading standareds authority.Them ask the dealer to pick an orafice and shove the vehicleUP IT
Then post a bad dealer experience thread on here and dont forget to name and shame him and finaly give him our url so he can read it along with the rest of the 2000 plus other members of the forum and the rest of the world.
Dealers like this realy P1SS me off so go for the jugular and cut off his cashflow..(ok rant over...high blood preasure on a bank holiday monday is no good)
