MOMO steering wheel boss

Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking for another '90-'92 2.4td Surf, after having had one in the past.

I'm running a '92 Rev2 MR2 Turbo at the moment (v.v.fast if anyone's interested in buying it?) and am sick of all the bad weather and arsey drivers out there trying to push my lovely Toyota panels out of shape.

Anyhoo - I've decided to return to Surfin' and wondered if anyone knows of the correct MOMO steering wheel boss kit(s) that will be needed in the Surf I manage to get?

On a seperate note, this site has really improved since I was last on it - I like the Word-style buttons & smileys being on the same page as the message window.

If you go to halfrauds they can tell which kit to use, you have to go to one of their superstores or get them to ring one . They also have one of their own brand boss which will fit and is a lot cheaper.This is what i did and fits fine.

Mike66, will the Halfrauds steering boss fit all momo steering wheels or just selected ones? Also how much are they?

Think I've seen your motor Kazam, if it's you round about the Elmslie - BP Garage bit of Whitegate? I drive down there daily to get to/from work.

If you ever notice (or hear) a loud twin stainless zorsted red Mr2 Turbo, with chrome "TRD" on the boot that'll be me then

Couple of Q's if you don't mind? Where'd you get your Surf & who do you trust/take it to for mechanicy things?

I'm quite sure they fit all momo's, from what I remember the're between £45-£55.

Got my Surf from an ad on here, it lived in Liverpool before I got it, as far as the mechanicy?(new word?) things go it came with no history so I try and do most of the stuff myself, oil changes, greasing, brakes etc have done both rear bearings as they were bad and baulked at the price Feeney's wanted to do the job.
