Don't get me wrong "the BMW" is a great motor but I can't go shooting unless I walk, the dog can't move in the boot & I can't take short cuts without doing damage to the underside + what's all this clutch pedal crap I keep having to press.
I will be looking for a new motor next year, may not be a surf but will defiantly be an auto 4x4.

I doubt roger would sell it back to me, I've been looking at the LC amazon, a guy near me has one & I was thinking of calling round to see if he will let me have good nosey at it, he used to see me in my surf a lot & always gave a wave so I don't think he would mind me taking a peak at it.

Nissa Patrol? You can get a 2007 ish one for 8k, and it comes with all the comforts a BMW will have. AND you still only get 25mpg, so it feels like a surf!

Cheers Mick, in truth its still 99% Si's work, other than the matching spare tyre, which again isn't really my doing, that was your efforts that really allowed that, I did do an oil & filter change all by myself earlier in the week though

To be honest its been so wet and fairly cold that I can't be ar$ed to go out and do anything, I still have all my stuff for wax oiling the underneath waiting in the shed...
