Has anyone been on there recently or is there an excursion planned?

I had a drive down there a few days ago to scope it out and found the cobbled bit, drove up but couldn't see the way in (most of the left hand side was obscured by fairground trucks).

Is it still accessible and is anyone going up there soon?

Yeah Matt, theres always a Barton trip around the corner. All you do is post in the off road section saying your going to visit on any given sunday and others will join you.
Next Sunday has just become free for me so was thinking of either there or another trip to Haslingden moor.

whereabouts in haslingden do you go fish?

have you ever tried rooley moor/ ding quarry - acccessed from stacksteads
(i live on the access road!!) - probably up there myself sunday for some 'light' off road stuff (still std surf yet!)
