Metal worm played a big part, the tube near the rear mount was rotting away, I broke the centre mount on a bank and the front bracket I had to bend and twist the step to break it off completely, it was that or tie it up. Not worth the risk of it coming adrift on my way home.

Yeah, it was going to happen they were too low. Just need some rock sliders now.

It was funny the first time I got out after ripping it off I forgot it wasn't there, stepping into thin air I was glad no one was watching!
