Just an experienced word of warning
Although they will stick in the rain/wet - in fact a lot of decal suppliers suggest wetting the area first to allow "slippage" (?!) do not be tempted, as the adhesion between the covering paper and the decal will be greater than the decal to the truck, resulting in a lot of cursing.
Wait for a nice dry moment and get the surface nice and clean - wax free.
