Does anyone know if these repair systems can repair a stone chip about 6mm Dia that has started to rust. Any idea on prices.

It depends where it is on the vehicle mate. It's what I do for a living and I've done plenty of rust chip repairs and completely eliminated the rust etc.
If you lived closer I'd say pop it round and ill sort it . But would cost you more in fuel than the repair lol .

Its a black car. The rest of the paint is lovely its just this one chip that has been missed and or let go looks like light surface rust to me only about 6 or 7mm DiaBrian

Blacks a nice easy colour to blend in .
If I was doing the repair id grind it out , rust treat the cleaned up metal, smooth over and prep with a small skim if filler then primer and then spray and laquer the area . Price wise it would probably be about 80 all in for an invisible repair.
I know round here chipsaway charge a minimum of 120+vat without seeing the repair and normally charge extra for rust .
