Reliable Importer Recommendations? Advice?

Has any one any recommendations for a good importer for a 96-2000 surf,I cant understand why more don't appear up for sale being as they were so popular?Im looking to import my dream Surf,but I've heard some REAL horror stories,and been told a load of crap.Maybee i should abandon the idea and go for a land cruiser.
