It looks daft especially with the size of the wheels. I wouldn't like to dodge something in the road driving that. It would probably just tip over onto what you were trying to avoid.

It will make it unstable on road, the top will probably fall off off road, the wheels are stadnard size, so that can only leave it being done for looks...
