Hi, I've just bought a 3.0TD surf 1996. I'm looking around for some alloys but I'm not sure about the wheel PCD and Offset. My current tyres are 265/75/16 mud tyres which I want to change.

Hello, John. Welcome. Don't know about your offset without seeing your wheels, but your PCD is the ever poular Japanese pattern of 139.7mm. Unless yours is a very early 3rd gen, your'e going to have to avoid the more poular 15" rims, as they're too small and foul the brake calipers.

John,hello and welcome.I am no expert but I was at Milners (Darley Dale) Buxton way the other day and they have some offers on tyre and rim combo's,i.e. 4 x 16" rims and several types of tyre around £440.Not sure but it does not seem a bad price,they do black or silver rims as well.,and no,I dont work for them.Alan
