Starting

Having read a few threads about Glow plug changing, and how long to warm before starting has confused me a bit? firstly I only have a single light appear for a second or so and thats it! no probs in the past, but over the last couple of days it takes a good few seconds to start and a tad lumpy. I have bought some plugs from r/trax, but this light and a second light has confused me?

I get in my truck turn on the ignition and by the time I have put my seatbelt on the glow plug sequence has finished and the truck starts .
