                thanks for response.
I have a 1992 surf ssr,it had 2.4 liter engin with it and problem starts when i decide to converting to 1kz so i made it real and also changed ecu and gear box to a manual one.
all goes ok but i feel problem that in first second and third speed it have a great power and pick but in 4rth and top speed it feels engin shouting more then speed ratio also it cant speed more then 110km/h.
A machanic checked other then mine one also,he said engin, gear box all ok.
so whats problem with mine surf ??
please sort out this problme i would be thankfull to you.
                warm regards.

Maybe because it still has 2.4 diff ratios, what size wheels and tyres do you have?

If I'm reading that correctly, you're saying in high gears the engine sounds faster than the speed/gear would suggest?

That sounds like a slipping clutch...

thats the point which i already got by a other machanic too as he said to change both diff from 8.39 (2.4liter stock one ) to 10.41 ( 1kz stock one ).
unfoutunatly mine own machanic said no isue of diff all are same.
what should i need to choice ??
please guide me do i need to change diff to 1kz one ??
                        regards.

The reason I ask is that my wife used to run 33's on her pickup, I put 'normal' size wheels and tyres on while they were being sand blasted and the thing felt like it needed another gear! real fast (comparatively) on take off, but run out of gears at the top end.
Now if you could borrow some bigger wheels and tyres and stick them on, they would act like changing diff sizes and see how it goes then.
