Where and how can you get a Field Monitor from a 3rd gen surf? How common are they and what do they usually cost?

Well my 4runner is in the shop now and i just bought a new pistol so cash is low. its going to cost me about $85 bucks for the monitor plus shipping to your place and shipping to USA. I wish i could find out how much shipping is from there to here. it costs 8 GBP anywhere in Britain. Is there a way for you to find out for me?

There's also a sensor that's positioned somewhere on front bumper. Need that for the temp gauge and not sure if it also works the barometer, altitude and compass ?

The thermometer is needed for temperature but everything else works without it. But I wouldn't spend that much money and not have a thermometer.
