      Nice


      I used a load of kit from "perfect polishing" to polish up bits of supra engine to a mirror shine.

      Shame the bloke I sold it to left it all go white and furry and manky

      Untreated polished metal is a high maintenance finish... as freat as it looked I'd probably not do it again.. not when chrome powder coating looks as good as it does and lasts so much longer.


      Aslo polished engines bits burn like a if you are foolish enough to touch them!

      Edit: hmmm shiney guns
      More Lift.
      More Tyres.
      More Engine.

                I remember playing around with timing chain cover and other flat bits of my old engine (Ford). My workshop had a polishing machine with a couple mops and soap. I managed to get a good finish on the flat bits but couldnt get the nooks and crannies very well. Also, even with leather gloves the metal got too hot to touch quite quick. I must admit, I didn't really know what I was doing, though so could have been doing it wrong.
