Where is the best yet cheapest place to go to get 8" spotlights

Cheap ones are not really a good Idea, as if metal they tend to rust and rot. Ebay would be my choice, RT Sell some nice ones but not cheap.

I got some good ABS bodied spots from Halfords, made by RING, £70 for the pair and they got submerged a lot and always worked fine.
