steering idler arm ?

bought a new steering idler arm for the surf as i managed to bend the other one at drumclog...
just went toi fit it and noticed the arm is pointing forward instead of backwards..?
is there anyway to spin the arm round or is it for a lhd surf..

It's just a rod going through two bushes, just spin it around.
Take grease cap off and loosen the nut.

job done,just had too slacken nut on top and it spin round easy enough,big diffrence with it fitted was well bent upwards,had too wind in the track rod so need to get alighnment checked...then see what else i can bend
