nice one.made a misstake with first one sent driver details off as thought you had to. did ask if the speed device was sanctioned by secretary of state and why they were parked on grass verge,as this contravines highways act.

however i got sent another one .same place.few weeks latter.so will prob go court about first one.however the second one i have written accross the paperwork NO CONTRACT,which will send them back in post.

So you didn't learn from your first offence and now have another ticket from the same place Kudos to you.

You have yet to learn that the sign on the side of the road is the MAXIMUM speed limit and not a speed suggestion.
