Problem electric rear window

Wondered if anyone can offer advice. My rear window seems to get stuck all the time and almost have to manual push up or down. Do I need a new motor? if so, where from at reasonable price or good 2nd hand one?

there is a few topics on this subject somewhere on here, some1 mentioned taking the panel off and giving it a good spray with WD40, thats what i'm going 2 try when i get time.

Don'y use WD40, it dries out and makes it worse. Halfords do spray on white grease that does the job.

try putting some holts rubber and nylon lubricant on it or silicone spray on it and see if it helps
