  • On board air tank question

This is the pressure cut out switch on my air tank, does anyone know where i can get a lower cut out rated one from? when i run the comp up it dosenT cut out although the pressure was showing about 130 ish psi on the gauge,
when i part one of the earth wire connected to it the comp stops ok so wondering if this switch is ferked or just preset to a higher pressure, (this system came off an ambulance air suspension by the way)
i only need a low pressure to work the step air ram so at the moment i'm just running the comp for a short period and switching it off at the dash toggle switch,
an adjustable cut out switch would be ideal if there is such a thing, should i need to pump up my own tyres etc,
had a look on google to no avail so next stop is an air tool shop but thought i'd ask first, ta

Not sure if you can get them in the UK but ARB pressure switches cut in at 80psi and off at 100psi. I have on board air from the AC pump, supplying an air tank mounted under the rear, this has an ARB pressure switch in it, controlling the pump.......

        Is this near?

        Climate Center
        Admirals Business Park
        Airport Service Road, Portsmouth, England

They should stock a selection of those screw in types normally on a briggs taper or 1/4 pipe thread.

Should be able to browse through their catalogue and get one that is close to what you want.

These guy's are pretty good if the place near you doesn't have what you need.
