does anyone know what size tyres i can put on my orginal surf wheels i have 215x80x15 on but they dont look wide enough and would like wider tyres any help please the wheels are 15x6jj 30

31x10.5x15 as far as i know
if you do a search for tyre width it will give you other peoples answers on this

Hi there,looking in the Goodrich guild the biggest tyre would
be 235/75/15 they recomend that on a 6 to 7 inch wheel.
If you want to go bigger eg. 31/10.5/15 they recmomend a 7 to 9
inch wheel.
I had to change my original wheels for the same reason,then had
trouble keeping them sticking out from the body ( narrow bodied)
fitted 30/9.5/15 on 7inch rims looks good.

I'm running 31x10.5x15 BFG AT's on the original 7" steels with 30mm spacers on a '90 narrow body. They look good and don't stick out

i originally had those size and the biggest i was told i could have was 235's but Linda & tonyN have 31's on their rims on their 2nd gen and they're ok, so go for it. They may stick out a bit though without arch extensions!

Roger, you just got in before me. You're on 7's though and he has 15x6 wheels!

Helo mate, I had exactly the same size tyres on mine when I got it, didnt look right so put 31,s on. Looks great now.
