    Got to say that I'm with Alistair on this - the driver should have apologised on behalf of the company and suggested he complain.

    I think the next step is to complain to RT and DPD and see what the response is - these things happen to the best of companies and the measure of the company is how they react when a failure is pointed out to them


    Life is too important to take seriously !
