No, it's reasonably high pressure. The grammar and syntax in that description is atrocious and is what's causing your misunderstanding.
The description should read something like: "Fluidyne, Extra Heavy Duty, Low Pressure Drop and High Flow rate" Even that isn't perfect, but it's better... Just proves one of my points
