He's cycling from the easternmost point in Wales to the easternmost point in England, a distance of 250 miles and he reckons to do it in 24 hours. The money raised is being split between The Soldiers Charity (Formerly the Army Benevolent Fund) and Macmillan, significantly he's funding it all himself so that all donations will go to the charity's
