All gone! 21 y/o Old Pulteney, decent bit of Roquefort and Stilton, and a pretty good F1 race... Damn that's a good whisky!

Sitting with my usual Glayva over ice watching the F1 from my sky plus as I was out faffing about all day. I am off tomorrow

Not a whiskey drinker myself. Prefer proper ale.

I'm on an intermittent mission to educate my palate and find a whisky (or whiskey) that I like more than Powers 16 yo ...

Any KNOWLEDGEABLE types care to make a suggestion or ten (That aren't obscene, illegal or offensive !)

As a non whiskey drinker, I can say that one I did find very nice was Edradour, made in Perthshire.

If it was made in Perthshire it would be whisky

Got an email from the lad in Barra selling the surf. I might take it if it stays at sensible money.
