'Y' shaped tow strap

where can i get one? do they even exist, i want it so i can attatch it to my 2 front shackles then have 1 out to the next vehicle.

What about two tow ropes??
Hook one of the tow ropes to each shackle,and the other in the middle of the first,et viola!! one y shaped tow rope!!

fair idea, just thought that if they were made and were as strong, when being pulled free it would spread the load, and a 'Y' would look better than 2 made to be that way, but its a good idea.

could get a short really strong one and use that for the 2 shckles and then use the longer one for the length.

wouldnt have thought of that unless i asked........

i use a set of chains in yorkshire we call em 2 legs they are lifting chains but i like to use them for towing heavey things out
i have single one and a 2 to 4 legs
if they make tow ropes in that way (with the 2 legs on)
i can say it would be far better than just the one end
but you need 2 points of ankerage to use them

i use them by attaching to 2 cars to pull out a realy stuck 4x4/jcb or to pull out big tree roots

Chains are meant for lifting not pulling.

I've got a looped strap from someone on here who had a load of unused ones used to loop around stuff... rated and everything.
If I needed to use it, it would be ideal, as I could loop around both shackles and then provide double thickness strap to shackle the standard, or doubled up strap to....

and in the meantime, it works really well as a lifting strap/harness for two humans...
