Surely that comes as no surprise to anybody ?

Todays vote going against Aviva won't actually help anybody in the long run either - I get the feel that companies will link executive pay to the share price thus getting shareholders onside ...

The downside is that the bosses will 'manage' the share price by squeezing the workforce on pay, benefits and expenses !
