The part number is 014500-0230, but I can't find any reference to it anywhere bar Russia.

Is this a paper element with a rubber gasket around the edges?
Just a suggestion how about sourcing a paper pleat car intake air filter of roughly the same size and cutting out the core and re coring your air filter?

If all else fails you could try asking your local dry cleaners,and see if they can put it through on a dry clean cycle,I have had some success in the past with this method for air filters for air con units that are obsolete.
