Hi and welcome from sunny Norfolk, I guess its a Surf you will be purchasing as you didnt really say ? If its a 2nd gen 2.4 you really need to troll through the varios threads on here as to things to look out for, ie Cylinder head you can be looking at the best part of a grand to get it done well, rear window, radiators, brakes, auto box..etc etc.. As for 3.0 I believe they are a tad more reliable...Good luck and enjoy.

Hi and welcome. Couldn't advise you of any mechanics in your neck of the woods, however the amount of information available here is usualy good for a pointer should something go wrong

              Hey Fella, welcome.
Yep theres a few from your area in the mud club but although im also in the mudclub im up by Inverness myself. There is a few around my area too but mainly landys ect.
Im presently working offshore so i dont get the time to chat as much or work on my surf
Plenty on this site to help though and they all seem realy cool.
              Take care and have fun

              Regards
