      Fuggin' magnets?

I dunno, I haven't got into researching roof rack options yet.

First one I've seen like that.

Just offering some information to the community; I'm not really trying to get into the used Surf business.

Re. shipping, it's around USD$2,100~2,600 at the moment for a 20' container from Japan to England, there would also be additional transport charges for delivery to the docks, paperwork and customs.

Still working out at £2K + £2K shipping to bring a tidy 2nd gen here. You could pick one up that's already here for half that.

Pound being pegged back artificially weak so we can export them Land Rovers etc..

It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it.

At that price point what kind of kilometers/condition can you expect?

Fresh import or used domestic stock?

If you can figure out what the importers are paying negotiation power increases...

i've just bought one here in the UK to ship back with me to the the BVI, cos all the ones on tradecarview.com were at silly money!

I managed to find shipping from UK to BVI for the same as Japan to UK!!

car has only been here 2 years so no rot, and with 110kms on it.

insane that a car can be exported to the UK then to the Caribbean is still working out cheaper than buying local for me!

Just the one bid at t' finish on that one, someone got a good deal.

Coming on car season here now, April is usually a big month for moving and vehicle change in Japan.

Maybe some nice ones will pop up.
