swivel shackles

do anyone knows where i can find a pair of swivel shackles?
i want to remove the 2 towing hooks are in front, and put instead the swivel shackles.
the only ones i can find are this but pricey and wrong fitting due i want to use the same holes as the hooks

try and find a stockist local to you, you can also try boat out fitters or marine chandlers i suspect there is someone in GT Yarmouth thats bound to have something
