If you like the idea of the U.K being powered by windmills .The video was IMHO a bag of steaming c@6p .
As I look out of my window there is not a breeze,so what will supply my electricity? more Eco crap?
If green energy is your bag then kudos to you.
Do you want our landscape blighted with thousands of wind farms ?
This is not meant as a personal attack.

I think Tony's post was more about the loveliness of the video than the actual 'message'. I hope so, anyway, because making an ad that suggest cooling towers are alive and have emotions seems like a pretty poor way of getting people to want them knocked down.

Agree with Sancho. Strange way to encourage everyone to get rid of cooling towers and smoke stacks. I quite like the idea of wind turbines as a way of meeting some of this country's energy needs but I don't think the three that are shown at the end of the advert will even come close to the productivity of the power station that the three cooling towers were part of, even on a windy day

Im all for green power but not at the cost or landscapes or wellbeing. Off shore wind farms are the way forward. Randomly erecting turbines like what they have done in lowestoft is not good.

I was more interested in the humerous side of the vid. The poor cooling towers. How can they do that to them
