how difficult to turn manual to auto gearbox on 3ltr

please excuse my ignorance but how difficult would it be to turn a 3ltr gen 2 from a manual to a auto box

Very late reply but if you still care, I did an auto to manual conversion so similar.

You will need gearbox and bellhousing obviously, new ECU computer to control engine AND gearbox, center console, driveshafts, flywheel removed and flex plate installed, gearbox cross member, torque converter if thats not included with gearbox you buy.
And a few other things I probbly forgot so in short you would be better to sell it and buy an auto. way to much shagging around
